    Universal is committed to providing background checks on all employees. We will also conform to any special background check requested by any of our clients including local and national checks or health.

  • Are you licensed, bonded, and insured? +

    Yes. Universal has been registered within Virginia as a corporation for over 30 years and is licensed. We will meet and carry all insurance based on the requirements of our clients. Currently, we are insured for workman’s compensation, commercial liability, automobile coverage, and also an umbrella policy. We are also bonded and adjust our limits accordingly based on your requirements.

  • Would you be able to accommodate our dynamic schedule and needs? +

    Absolutely! We custom tailor our services based around your cleaning and staffing needs to fit your schedule, specifications, cleaning supply requirements, and cleaning needs. Moreover, mid-contract, we are more than happy to make adjustments to meet any requested change.
  • Are there any hidden fees or charges not indicated in the contract? +

    There are no hidden fees or charges anywhere. The price we quote within the proposal is the exact same price you’ll find on your invoice.

  • Can you fulfill our green cleaning requirements for our building? +

    Green cleaning is certainly a hot topic within the janitorial industry. Universal will work with any requirements you may have for your facility. We currently use post-consumer recycled paper and liners and we also use green-based and eco-friendly cleaning supplies. Universal currently follows the LEED certification guidelines as set by the US Green Building Council for some of its locations.
